Our Mission
The mission of the Department of Preschool Education is;
• To carry out the studies for the promotion of pre-school education, emphasizing its importance and developing it,
• To educate teachers who have up-to-date field knowledge, field knowledge, general culture knowledge and legislation knowledge required by the pre-school teaching profession,
• To provide students with the professional skills required by the pre-school teaching profession,
• To educate devoted, honest, moral and hardworking teachers who are loyal to Atatürk's principles and reforms, and who have adopted national and universal values,
• To contribute to in-service pre-school teacher education by cooperating with the stakeholder institutions and organizations, and
• To contribute to science at national and global level with its scientific research.
Our Vision
The vision of the Department of Preschool Education is; to educate qualified teachers of the future who are science-oriented, inquiring, innovative, entrepreneurial, self-confident, and sensitive to the problems of the society in which they live; to contribute to the solution of problems in the field of pre-school education at national and international level; and to conduct scientific research to increase the quality of education to lead change and transformation.
